1. The app

Soft Skills Connect is a tool for creating marketing content with the help of AI and publishing it to social networks. It is operated by Ihor, the owner of Soft Skills Store, Italy (softskillsstore2026@gmail.com). By using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

Access is by invitation or at the operator’s discretion. Use a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your keys and costs

AI generation, advertising and other paid features use your own accounts and keys with the respective providers, and you pay those providers directly. The app shows cost estimates and lets you set limits, but estimates are approximate. Access to the app itself is free.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload and publish, and that you review AI-generated content before it is published. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you publish to, including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Etsy and Google.

5. Not allowed

Illegal content, spam, infringing the rights of others (including intellectual property), circumventing limits, attacking the app, and reselling access.

6. Availability

The app is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features may change over time.

7. Ending use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. The operator may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, decisions of third-party platforms (such as suspension of your social media accounts) or charges from third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

Italian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.

10. Changes

Significant changes to these terms will be announced in advance. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.
