Data Deletion Instructions

Soft Skills Connect stores data from Facebook and Instagram only to publish posts you scheduled in the app. You can have this data deleted at any time.

Option 1: remove the app in Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites (in some versions: Business integrations).
3. Find Soft Skills Connect and select Remove.

The app loses access immediately. To also remove data already stored by the app, use option 2 or 3.

Option 2: disconnect in the app

Sign in, open Channels & accounts and disconnect Facebook or Instagram. Tokens and account identifiers are deleted at once. To delete everything, use Settings → Account → Delete account.

Option 3: request deletion by email

Send an email to softskillsstore2026@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, including the name of your Facebook Page or Instagram account. We will delete all related data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
